Microsoft is officially launching Windows 11; What are the minimum facilities required?

Microsoft has introduced a completely different user interface for Windows 11 OS that is completely different from Windows 10 OS. This version of Windows 11 changes the position of the Start Menu and Taskbar to the center of the Desktop. Live Tiles in Windows 10 has been removed and replaced with a pinable Icon Grid. It also comes with a new Widgets feature that was not available in Windows 10.

The new Windows 11 enhances the OS ‘sound and design experience and supports the Windows Snap Assist feature. It has the ability to handle open windows of different sizes on its screen in a variety of ways, benefiting those who open several windows at once as well as those who use larger screens in their work.

Tablets running on Windows OS are also upgraded with this new version. Accordingly, new gestures have been introduced for minimizing or maximizing apps and the ability to snap. Also a better touch keyboard than Windows 10 is provided for this OS.

In addition, File Explorer, Microsoft Store and many other apps have been redesigned for Windows 11. Microsoft Teams has introduced a new Chat App that will replace the Skype App and will not preinstall the Skype App on Windows 11.

Microsoft has also announced that Windows 11 will support Android apps that were not previously available on any Windows OS. Here you can install Android apps through the Microsoft store through the Amazon Appstore.

According to Microsoft, Windows 11 will be available for free to Windows 10 users.

Minimum system requirements to install Windows 11 on your computer

A modern 1Ghz 64-bit dual-core processor
64GB drive
9-inch display
1366×768 resolution
UEFI, Secure Boot & TPM 2.0 compatible

For Windows 10, 32GB Drive Storage was sufficient. Also, the minimum RAM capacity required for Windows 10 has been increased from 2GB to 4GB in Windows 11.

Windows 11 also requires a minimum 9-inch display. Phones or mini tablets with a display less than 9 inches will not be able to expect Windows 11 OS.

The new Windows 11 OS requires UEFI, Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 support, and without these Requirements, Windows 11 OS cannot be expected to function properly.
